Hi Reader,
Yesterday afternoon we tried something new in my Creating Confidence Community—an extra hangout for unschooling moms. We're calling them Friday Mom Mixers.
​
It's not really a coaching call. It's just a place for moms to talk with each other.

About our kids. About life. About the kinds of things that come up when you're raising your family a little differently than almost everyone else around you.
​
One thing that came up several times was how few local unschooling moms most of us know in real life.

You may be in the same boat.

If you are, you know how isolating this path can feel. Especially as we head toward another back-to-school season, when everyone else seems to have a plan and we're sorting through questions that most people around us don't really understand.

We still have coaching calls twice a week and a growing library of resources.

Sometimes what we really need most is another mom to say,
​"Yeah... I've been there too."

Maybe it's a conversation with your mom.

Maybe it's pushback from your child.

Maybe you're wondering about the teen years and would love to talk with moms who are already there.

Those little questions can feel much bigger when you're trying to answer them alone.

So instead of trying to explain what it's like inside the community, I'd rather invite you to experience it.
